The following video describes our technique of Mitral Valve Repair on a fibrillating heart. We demonstrate our standard setup as well as port placement followed by several steps in preparation for a fibrillatory arrest. The video displays the access to the left atrium followed by neocords creation and ring placement as a reproducible and safe technique.
