PADI2 regulates cell death in colorectal cancer cells in the tumor microenvironment
Description: 本研究を、１）PADI2によりシトルリン化される基質タンパク質の同定と機能解析、２）ERストレス応答におけるシトルリン修飾の役割の解析、および ３）シトルリン修飾系の破綻が大腸がんの発生と転移に及ぼす影響の解析、の3つのアプローチで実施する。大腸がん細胞株と腸管上皮オルガノイドを用いたin vitroの解析、およびマウスの同所移植モデルを用いたin vivoの解析を行う。
