Description: Project Narrative The goal of this grant is to determine the role of HDAC1 in regulation of lipid metabolism, thermogenesis, energy metabolism and obesity. Completion of this project could help guide the development of epigenetic regulation as new therapeutic targets in the prevention and treatment of obesity.
