Elucidation of the temporal causal structure linking persistent visceral fat accumulation and sarcopenia progression in patients with type 2 diabetes
Description: 本研究は、2型糖尿病患者における内臓脂肪蓄積の持続が、筋肉量低下とサルコペニア進行をどのような時間差と経路で規定するかを解明する。縦断データおよび個人内変動を含む強縦断的情報を、構造方程式モデリングを含む数理統計手法で解析し、インスリン抵抗性・炎症の媒介、性差、薬物治療、栄養・運動習慣の修飾効果を統合的に評価する。運動生理学と糖尿病病態の知見に基づき、臨床的に意味のある仮説を丁寧に検証し、早期介入の判断基盤を構築する。
