Factors associated with physical activity and sedentary behavior among community-dwelling older adults: examining by socioeconomic position
Description: 社会経済的地位（Socio-Economic Status: SES）が低い者は多くの健康問題を有していることが指摘されている。このような状況にある高齢者は社会的・健康的弱者とされ、今後の健康づくりの最も重要な対象者である。そこで本研究では、地域在住の自立高齢者を対象に、SES層ごとの身体活動、座位行動の特性（関連要因）を明らかにし、プログラム開発に必要な情報を得ることを目的とする。そのために、従来の量的研究に加えて最近注目されている質的研究を組み合わせた混合研究法を用いて詳細な検討を行う。
