Comprehensive analysis of pancreatic cancer-associated antigen specific immune responses using high parameter flow cytometry and its clinical significance
Description: 本研究では、膵癌患者の様々な時相における血液中の血球(主にT リンパ球)の分布を最大50種類のパラメーターを同時に解析可能な世界最先端の次世代フローサイトメトリー技術を用いて解析することにより、膵癌における担癌状態での癌特異的免疫応答反応をProfilingする。これを臨床情報とlinkさせることで、膵癌特異的免疫応答反応のメカニズムを解明し、新規診断マーカーや予後予測マーカー、新規治療戦略の構築を目指す。
