Normal Aging Lung Cell Atlas (NALCA)
Description: PROJECT NARRATIVE The molecules and regulatory processes involved in lung aging are highly complex and we do not have a comprehensive understanding of this process. The overall objective of the Normal Aging Lung Cell Atlas project is to identify cell and microenvironment specific molecular regulatory events that happen during normative lung aging and use them to develop novel biomarkers and therapeutics. We will share those with the scientific community, through a highly interactive and intuitive web interface called AgeDREMM: the aging lung dynamic regulatory multicellular model.
