Deprescribing for Older Dialysis Patients

Description: PROJECT NARRATIVE Older adults receiving dialysis treatments are at risk of using potentially inappropriate medications and experiencing adverse events associated with those medications. This study will examine outcomes associated with select potentially inappropriate medications and pilot test an intervention tailored to reducing use of these medications. For older adults receiving dialysis, this research will have a positive impact on health outcomes and quality of life.
