Decoding the ovarian cancer glycosylation for non-invasive diagnostics
Description: Ovarian cancer is often detected too late, and current blood tests lack sensitivity for early disease. This project will analyse changes in protein-linked sugars (glycans) in serum and ascites using advanced multi-omics to discover and validate glycosylation biomarkers that improve early detection and subtype stratification of ovarian cancer.
