Bioactive ligand-based neuronal reprogramming in human dedifferentiated fat cells using comparative omics between dogs nad humans

Description: Disorders of the central nervous system cause permanent motor and sensory dysfunction or leads to death in severe cases. Functional regeneration in the central nervous system by stem cell transplantation has been studied, but no effective treatment method has been established. In this study, we established a compound-based neuronal reprogramming system for human dedifferentiated adipocyte.
