Description: I do research on exercise, mobility and brain health. More specifically I look at falls in older adults. Falls research is an important field of research in the aging population because it is related to many variables. Exercise, cognition and mobility are all related to falls. If we can work to improve exercise, mobility, and cognition, the risk of falls can also be reduced and a better quality of life will be reached by older adults.
