Description: OVERALL - NARRATIVE This P01 will use cell specific targeting approaches and cutting edge in vivo assessment techniques in preclinical mouse models— validated by biomarker measures in human subjects— to unravel the role(s) of reactive astrocytes in the pathophysiology of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
