Identifying Amphetamine Addiction Risk Variants by Whole Genome Sequencing
Description: PUBLIC HEALTH RELEVANCE: Addiction and drug abuse is a common and costly public health problem and understanding the genetic basis of addiction and drug abuse has enormous public health relevance. We plan to investigate for the full genome sequences of individuals suffering from amphetamine addiction to gain a better understanding of the genetic basis of addiction and drug abuse.
