A geroscience approach for treating Alzheimer's disease

Description: Narrative. The goal of this geroscience project is to show that a cocktail of drugs targeting well accepted processes of aging will alleviate neuropathology and restore normal cognitive function in a mouse model of Alzheimer's disease (AD). The concept of a drug cocktail that could successfully treat AD would be expected to have a significant impact on the health of patients suffering from early symptoms of dementia and other AD related issues.
