Regulatory mechanisms of senescence-derived secretory phenotype (SASP) in oral cancer progression in aging mice
Description: Senescence-associated secretory phenotype (SASP) is implicated in various age-related diseases. In aging mice, to delineate the regulatory mechanisms of SASP-driven oral cancer we will use the Cre/loxP system and photo-isolation chemistry techniques to detect senescent cells and their SASP profile.
