Description: 本研究は、デイサービス利用高齢者を対象に、AIを用いた認知機能非依存型の口腔機能・栄養評価システムを開発し、その有効性を検証するものである。食事動作の映像解析とセンサーデータを統合し、口腔機能と栄養状態を客観的に評価するとともに、その結果を可視化するパーソナルオーラルヘルスレコードを構築する。さらに、本システムの導入がフレイル予防や要介護度の進行抑制に寄与するかを実証的に検討する。
