Development of basic technology for lung regeneration using lung organoid cell therapy
Description: オルガノイド（試験管内で幹細胞から作成するミニ臓器）を用いた移植医療の研究開発における最重要課題は、生体内移植後のオルガノイド細胞の定着・成熟化を実現することであり、その解決の糸口はin vivoにおける血液灌流の誘導にある。本研究では、血管内皮細胞を含む新規の多細胞系肺胞オルガノイドを作製し、脱細胞化細胞外マトリックスを基盤とする生体内を模倣した特殊な環境下における肺オルガノイドの血管誘導機序を開発したのち、生体内におけるオルガノイドへの血管誘導の基盤技術の開発へ応用する。
