Activation of the cGAS-STING pathway in bone remodeling microenvironment aging cells
Description: 老化細胞ではSASP（senescence-associated secretory phenotype）と呼ばれるタンパクなどの分泌現象が生じており、炎症性疾患の惹起の可能性を指摘されている。骨リモデリングにおける微小環境は、加齢に伴い細胞老化を起こした骨細胞、骨芽細胞、破骨細胞などのSASPを介した因子により形成され、SASPは骨恒常性を破綻させる因子の一つではないかと考えている。SASPの誘導にcGAS - STING経路の活性化が寄与しており、本研究では骨リモデリングの微小環境におけるSASPとcGAS - STING経路との関連の解明を目的とする。
