Description: PROJECT NARRATIVE The Einstein-Montefiore Institute for Clinical and Translational Research’s K12 Career Development Program trains physicians and other health professionals, called Scholars, for careers in translational research. Our Scholars have a mentorship team and receive rigorous training in research methods, leadership development, communication skills, management, entrepreneurship, and team science in order to become future leaders in research that will help improve the health of the population.
