Association with malnutrition and Brain-derived neurotrophic factor in hemodialysis patients
Description: 透析患者の高齢化に伴い、近年サルコペニア・フレイル・Protein-energy wasting（PEW）に代表される低栄養の問題が顕在化している。低栄養状態の透析患者ではうつ病や認知機能障害などの脳精神症状を呈することも多い。近年うつ病に対する神経機能保護作用が報告されているBDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor)はヒトの脳精神状態に重要な役割を果たしている可能性が示唆されている。本研究では、透析患者の精神状態と低栄養状態の関連について検討する。
