Description: PROJECT NARRATIVE Older African Americans are disproportionately impacted by impairments in cognitive and physical function as they age. This project will examine the combined impact of multilevel social determinants of health—including community environment, interpersonal relationships, and individual factors—on cognitive and physical function in older African Americans.
