Analysis of glycemic metabolism and exploration of novel therapy for surgical patients with sarcopenia using an artificial pancreas
Description: 本研究では、サルコペニア手術患者の糖代謝異常の発症と病態を解明し、手術成績向上に有効な新規治療法を開発する。そのために、応募者らが開発した人工膵臓（閉環型持続的採血・自動薬剤処方システム）を用いて非サルコペニア患者（コントロール群：A 群）とサルコペニア患者の前向き比較試験を実施し、サルコペニア手術患者の糖代謝動態の解析を行う。サルコペニア患者は術前栄養療法（分岐鎖アミノ酸）および運動療法（インターバル速歩）の介入なし群（B 群）、介入あり群（C 群）に分別する。
