Description: PROJECT NARRATIVE The focus of this research is the understanding of the role of mind-body exercises and related integrative approaches in healthcare and how these multi-dimensional therapies can be helpful in supporting positive health behaviors, such as physical activity. This is a renewal application that will provide continued support for the candidate to mentor the next generation of scientists in the field of integrative medicine and whole person health.
