Biological predictors of brain aging trajectories
Description: PROJECT NARRATIVE The overarching goal of this proposal is to better understand how different biological and lifestyle pathways interact to influence how aging affects change in brain functioning. Successful completion of the project will lead to less expensive and invasive biomarkers of disease, clarify the complex interplay of factors that influence brain aging, help with better prediction and prevention of adverse brain aging, and inform person- specific interventions.
