Mentoring Across Disciplines: Aging and Infectious Diseases with a Focus on Mobility
Description: PROJECT NARRATIVE This K24 Mid-Career Mentoring Award will support the further career development and 50% protected time for my mentoring and research. Through the K24 award, I will gain additional training in dissemination /implementation research and health equity research. The K24 will leverage my current R01 to serve as a training platform for trainees and incorporate my career development objectives, ultimately advancing the ability to disseminate interventions to preserve physical function in older people with HIV and support patient- oriented researchers.
