Elucidation of the Environment-Dependent Plasticity of CAR Cells Using Single-Cell Dynamics Analysis
Description: 我々の研究グループは、骨髄が加齢に伴い脂肪髄となる際に、Cxcl12-abundant reticular (CAR)細胞が質的変化を示し、その変化が周囲のニッチ環境の老化に強く依存することを見出した。しかし、このCAR細胞の老化に伴う質的変化を制御するニッチ環境との相互作用の分子基盤は、明らかになっていない。そこで本研究では、加齢に伴うCAR細胞およびその支持環境の質的変化の検討に加えて、培養で失活したCAR細胞がBMP-2誘導環境で形質を再獲得する過程の分子基盤を、一細胞レベルの動態解析により明らかにする。
