Examination of health and well-being factors effective for extension of healthy life expectancy and suicide prevention

Description: In this study, we aimed to analyze the factors of health and well-being that are effective in extending healthy life expectancy and preventing suicide.A study of the elderly in the care prevention classroom showed that maintaining and improving physical function and improving self-esteem could increase interaction with the target family and friends and increase social participation. In a study of corporate employees, the relationship between high and low stress levels and 2HFS(Happiness & Health Feeling Scale)revealed that those with high self-esteem had low stress levels. A national Internet suvey compared the region of high levels and the region of low levels on the healthy life expectancy. It was revealed that in areas with high healthy life expectancy, there are significantly more people who feel healthy and happy due to physical activity.
