Description: NARRATIVE Building Interdisciplinary Careers in Women’s Health (BIRCWH) Scholars Program is developed based on the need for a science workforce with skills necessary to work in interdisciplinary teams and translate scientific discoveries into clinical practice to improve women’s health. Mayo Clinic BIRCWH program has been fulfilling this need by training Scholars who enhance the interdisciplinary research in women’s health at the Mayo Clinic and across the Nation.
