Elucidation of neuronal aging mechanisms and clarification of the mode of action of compounds exhibiting anti-aging activity
Description: 本研究では、神経細胞の老化メカニズムの解明と老化抑制戦略開発に取り組む。研究計画1ではセルソーターで正常・老化神経細胞を分取し、RNA-seqとメタボローム解析により老化関連遺伝子・代謝産物を同定する。研究計画2では化合物ライブラリーを用いて老化抑制物質をスクリーニングし、標的タンパク質を同定。結合特性と機能への影響を解析後、マウス実験で効果を検証する。これにより神経細胞老化の分子基盤解明と治療薬開発を目指す。
