Development of 3D models to study cardiac ageing in space
Description: Exposure to space stressors, causes an accelerated aging of the human heart. Therefore, to advance regenerative medicine for long term space missions we are here developing alternative advanced 3D-cardiac in vitro models to study space induced accelerated cardiac aging and investigate the combined effect of various space stressors on molecular and physiological levels.
