Description: 本研究は、糖尿病ラットの認知機能低下の予防と改善に対して、有酸素運動トレーニングとケトン体の一つであるβ-ヒドロキシ酪酸（β-HB）の慢性投与の併用が相乗的な恩恵効果をもたらすか検討する。β-HBの神経細胞への取り込みを担うケトン体輸送担体（MCT2）に着目し、関連因子を分析することで、運動とβ-HBによる認知機能改善効果の分子メカニズムを検討する。
