Description: 本研究は、罹癌・糖尿病に伴う悪液質、加齢によるサルコペニア・フレイル及び心身の関連症状の発症と進展における骨髄-脳-筋相関の役割を、骨髄由来細胞、視床下部の神経ペプチド、筋由来ペプチドとの関連に焦点をあてて解明するとともに、骨髄-脳-筋相関と運動をターゲットにし、終末期の心身の症状の病態解明と革新的治療法の開発を行い、罹患者の生活の質、死期の質の向上に貢献する。
