Development of a Nursing Support Model to Improve Quality of Life after Completion of ART for Older Women
Description: 本研究は、わが国の生殖補助医療（以下ART）受療者の40％を占める40歳以上を高年女性を対象に、ART終結により出現する特有の更年期様症状の特徴を明らかにする「ART終結後の更年期様症状尺度」原案を作成し、ART受療中および終結後の女性を対象に質問紙調査を実施する。その結果をもとに、ART終結後の高年女性における更年期様症状の定義および概念を明らかにし、ART受療中の高年女性に対するART終結後のQOL向上に向けた看護支援モデルを構築する。
