IRACDA at UCLA
Description: PROJECT NARRATIVE University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and California State University, Los Angeles (Cal State LA), will continue to administer the "IRACDA at UCLA" program. "IRACDA at UCLA" trains postdoctoral scholars in modern biomedical research at UCLA, and college level teaching at Cal State LA. Our goal is to train scholars how to employ modern teaching technologies to retain under-represented minorities in their majors at Cal State LA, and transition them to careers in the biosciences, to strengthen and diversify the national biomedical workforce.
