Evaluation of the effectiveness of neuromuscular electrical stimulation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with sarcopenia
Description: 慢性閉塞性肺疾患（COPD）は一般高齢者よりサルコペニアを生じやすく，申請者の多施設共同研究においても，サルコペニアの有病率は30.0％であった．しかしながら，サルコペニア合併のCOPD患者に対する呼吸リハビリテーションプログラムは未確立である．そこで，本研究は，サルコペニア合併のCOPD患者に対し，通常の呼吸リハビリテーション（身体活動性の向上を目的とした患者教育，運動療法，栄養療法）に神経筋電気刺激療法（NMES）を併用した呼吸リハビリテーションを行い，その介入効果を検証する．
