A Study to Evaluate the Actual Situation of Breast Cancer Screening for Young Adults and Its Benefits and Disadvantages
Description: 科学的根拠に基づかない癌検診は多数実施されており、40歳未満の若年者に対する乳癌検診もその一つである。検診は利益と不利益のバランスを勘案する必要があるが、その理解は現状では受診者・提供者ともに不十分である。そこで今回の研究では、若年者乳癌検診の利益（死亡の回避、発見癌のステージ・サブタイプ分布）、不利益（偽陽性、精検の内容と費用）などについて全国規模のデータを収集し、受診者・提供者それぞれの利益と不利益を具体的な数値で一見して理解できる形にすることを目的とする。
