Glymphatic and cognitive impairment of aging and diabetes
Description: NARRATIVE This application pioneers the investigation and comparison of glymphatic impairment during aging with and without diabetes. Imaging markers of the impairment of the glymphatic system will be developed to identify similarity and differences between aging and diabetes, and to predict cognitive deficits under conditions of aging and diabetes.
