Suggestion of intervention method for improvement of worker's sence of coherence (SOC)
Description: We investigated the influence of lifestyle-modification program on worker’s sense of coherence (SOC). Thirty-two subjects with metabolic syndrome (MetS) underwent an 12-week intervention program comprising 8weeks of high-intensity interval training and 4 weeks of calorie restriction. During the 12-week intervention period, body composition and MetS risk factors significantly improved. However, there were not significant changes in SOC.
