Effect of the response of shear rate in the cerebral artery to exercise on cerebral endothelial function and cognitive function
Description: 加齢，性差，循環特性，運動に対する血圧応答（運動昇圧応答）など脳血管シェアレイト応答に影響する生理要因を同定することにより，運動効果の個人差やばらつきの生理メカニズムを解明することを本研究の目的とする．脳血管シェアレイトに影響を及ぼす生理要因を調査し，特に脳血管内皮機能に影響する加齢，性差，血管特性(脳血管コンプライアンス等)，運動昇圧応答の差異が脳血管シェアレイト応答に及ぼす影響を確かめる．これらの要因が脳血管シェアレイトに影響するとすれば，個人の生理的特性の差異により最適な運動が異なることが示唆される．
