Description: 本研究の目的は、ヒト肝癌組織、SGLT2の発現を遺伝子と蛋白レベルの両方で検討することである。また、SGLT2阻害剤の作用により引き起こされる微小環境の変化が肝臓癌の増殖に及ぼす影響を確認するための研究である。本研究は糖尿病薬を用いた、肝癌に対するより新たな治療戦略を検討しうるものである。
