LOOH-induced muscle atrophy with age
Description: Project Narrative Sarcopenia represents a highly prevalent, unresolved medical issue in an increasing aging and sedentary population. A pharmacologic therapy for muscle loss does not exist, and current diet/exercise therapeutic approaches are often ineffective and/or unfeasible. Findings from these studies may lead to novel approaches for the treatment of skeletal muscle atrophy.
