Comparison of oral and intestinal microbiota between the 100-year-old and 80-year-old age groups according to degree of independence, and identification of factors affecting lifespan
Description: 近年の高齢化により100歳を超える百寿者が増加し、長寿の要因を探るため腸内細菌の研究が行われている。しかし、100歳以上の口腔細菌についての研究は少数で、さらに口腔および腸内細菌叢（フローラ）の両者を比較した報告は我々が知る限り認められない。本研究の目的は、100歳以上と80歳以上それぞれを自立度で分類し、それぞれの腸内および口腔フローラの構成を明らかにすること、および前述の群における全身疾患の発症、発熱日数、死亡率を２年間追跡し、これらに影響する腸内および口腔フローラの構成因子の因果関係を解明する。将来的には、長寿に関連する口腔細菌を標的とした新規の診断を行うための技術開発につなげたい。
