A Longitudinal Study on the Impact of Transtheoretical Model Staging on Lifestyle Habits and Prevention of Lifestyle-related Diseases
Description: わが国は急速に高齢化が進み、健康寿命の延伸や生活習慣病の予防等が課題となっている。特定健康診査や特定保健指導で得られたデータを分析することで、個人や集団において解決すべき取り組みを明確にし、また健診・保健指導実施者は健診結果や関連する生活習慣から対象者が行動変容できるよう働きかけることが求められている。そこで、本研究はTranstheoretical Modelに基づいた各行動変容ステージにおける特性やその経年的な変化について記述し、さらにステージごとの予後を大規模データで縦断的に検討することで、行動変容ステージを利用した生活習慣と健診結果の改善を効率的に進める方法を明らかにすることを目指す。
