Role of gasdermin D in bone resorption
Description: This project will use genetic and pharmacological approaches to determine the role that gasdermin D plays in bone loss caused by inflammation, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. Successfully execution of this project will have translational implications because findings from this research can be exploited to treat bone loss associated with pathological conditions.
