Description: NARRATIVE There is an unmet clinical need to develop novel therapeutic agents for the treatment of the head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). Thus, this application's primary goal is to discover the fundamental vulnerabilities of HNSCC for the development of mechanism-based therapeutic drugs or strategies.
