Harnessing Platelet-Endothelial Interactions for Exosome Delivery
Description: PROJECT NARRATIVE Exosome therapy is a promising strategy to tissue regeneration. However, suboptimal exosome homing to the injured tissue hampers the efficiency and outcome of exosome therapy. In the proposed study, we employ platelet and vascular biology to achieve targeted delivery of therapeutic exosomes in the injured heart tissue.
