Survey on the shape and function of feet and the actual state of foot care in elderly patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery
Description: 過去15年間の転倒発生件数の第2位である心臓血管外科において、転倒の予防は不可欠である。特に高齢者においては転倒の要因は複数あるが、その中でも踝部から下の「足」の形態および機能との関連性が指摘されているものの明らかにされていない。またケアの報告も見当たらない。本研究では、心血管系手術を受ける高齢患者の術前の「足の形態や機能」、手術の影響による「足の機能」の変化およびケアの現状を明らかにすることとする。本研究を行うことで、心臓血管外科患者における足機能と形態が明らかになり、転倒との関連性を検討する一助になり得ると考える。
