Abstract: DNA topoisomerases represent a major focus of research not only for cancer chemotherapy, but also for gene regulation, cell cycle, mitosis, and chromosome structure. A number of reviews have been written on the subject ( 1–8 ). These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
