Abstract: This report provides a technology transfer plan for DOE's Residential and Commercial Conservation Program (RCCP). It catalogues and classifies the types of research results and lessons developed and disseminated by the Program, and examines the audiences for these results. It then describes the process of assessing needs, analyzing potential technology transfer mechanisms, and evaluating progress that should be part of the technology transfer process for RCCP and its individual projects. A technology transfer strategy is proposed along with recommended future technology transfer activities. A set of seven worksheets is also developed to help RCCP program managers design outreach efforts for their current and future projects. 28 refs., 12 figs.
