Abstract: These lectures discuss some recent developments in pulsed NMR, emphasizing fundamental principles with selected illustrative applications.Major topics covered include multiple-quantum spectroscopy, spin decoupling, the interaction of spins with a quantized field, adiabatic rapid passage, spin temperature and statistics of cross-polarization, coherent averaging, and zero field NMR.
